Policies
- A 24 hour notice is required on cancellation of booked sessions to receive a refund on deposit.
- ALL sessions must be confirmed with a 25% deposit on time booked.
- No liability is assumed for files left on D.O.I.'s hard drives after 14 days of session completion. Having your own hard drive is highly recommended!
- Each session (excluding CD assembly/mastering) includes up to two (2) CD-R's in sleeve with no charge. $1 per CD-R charge after two CD-R's.
- Due to the fact that D.O.I. is a small operation, it can be at times difficult to answer the phone if in session during business hours. Emails and voicemails are always returned in a prompt fashion.
